Great food and service
Food is delicious at very good price and great atmosphere
Always great food the service has no comparation you can even ask for the menu en different languages and have no issue attending people who don't speak English
The place is hard to navigate in the inside, with too many tables making difficult to move around. Other than that, place is nice, food is tasty, natural juices are fresh and taste like they should. Price is fair though not low, and taking into account their clear tendency to dishes heavy on the meat, salads are still a good option
We had a nice company dinner, and for me it was the first time to visit Tienda de cafe. I loved every aspect of the place. It is wacky on the inside, and tasty well once you start eating the delicious food. Service is nice and attentive, music and atmosphere great.
Was our first night at Bogota. Great location (Uzaquen). We came for light dinner and had great experience. Great service; managed well with English; and most of all food was delicious. My daughters who are quite selective had Med. Salad ("the best salad of my life") and make your own Burrito ("the best ever"); we also had soup which was great and the coffee was strong hot and right on. We later went to other places every night in Bogota and Cartagena and could not match that experience.
I have eaten here several times per year for five years—no visit to Bogotá is complete for me until I eat at La Tienda. I have been all around the menu, and I have enjoyed it all. The art on the walls is as intense and fanciful as the cuisine.
They have always had English menus, and the amount of English spoken by the staff has increased in recent years.
Strongly recommended for tourists and foodies.
