  Terrible organisation and customer service, it is hard to know where is the place to take the specific bus for the different cities and towns, during the holidays the place is a mess there are people everywhere and there is not clear information about where to line up

  Para ciudad tan grande es necesario un terminal mas grande y mas seguro, con la nueva distribución quedo un poco mejor pero sin embargo sigue siendo muy pequeño,les falta señalización dentro del mismo, mas seguridad y mas variedad comercial
