It's safe, which is really important. But I have to give 4 stars because it is not so well organized. It lack clear explanation, it also lacks bilingual staff. And bilingual signs.

It's ok. Facilities look old and you have to pay to use the restroom. The bus companies usually offer an ok service.

Bus terminal for most big cities is Colombia, the tickets price for most destinations around Pereira are really cheap, although some buses for close destinations are not comfortable they will take you where you want to go.
Food options are basic but with ok prices. There are few cash or atm machines that accept all types pf cards.
