Busy bus / taxi terminal. Could use more food variety. The building is open 24 hours 7 days a week but some of the services close earlier than that. I have personally been here at all hours of the day and have been able to get taxis at all hours.

For the amount of tourism that the city is getting this terminal should be a lot bigger, it gets crowded easily. There is only one cash or atm machines, ridiculous, there should be at least few more that allows to use all types of bank cards or credit cards.
The taxi rank is tiny and not very well planned

It's the most organized bus stop I have seen in Colombia. It's easy for me to buy a ticket from here even though I am from a different country. Food options are limited but you have lots of shops to buy gift for friends you are visiting. All the staff and police working here are polite. Also it's very easy to find a taxi or local bus from the entrance. If you are bringing your own car, there's a provision of car parking at a reasonable price.

I couldn't find the exit to save my life and there were hardly any outlets to charge your phone. They charge a lot to use the bathroom (1200 pesos) Other than that, it was fine.

Good clean safe bus terminal with excellent service to multiple destinations via multi modes of transport. Very handy location for travel to most regions. Selection of food and beverage vendors varies. Usual terminal fare. Worthy of any budget traveling. Super friendly. Safe. Security presence. Helpful staff. Patient people.

It's a normal bus station with atms, trinkets, snack stands, and places to get some fast food. A little hectic and confusing, but when I asked the people working for help, they went out of their way to make sure I got where I needed to be.
