  Very relaxing in hot volcano water. It is too small for swimming and the acid burns a bit in the eyes, but very nice to relax, especially during evening.
  In the bigger piscina are 2 water pipes delivering hot volcano water. Probably full of some sulfuric.
  To balance out the hot water there are 2 cool refreshing showers.
  You want a romantic relaxing evening, this is a nice place to go.
  And if you are getting bored, the wifi is really fast! And works very reliable :)
  1 star less because of slow service.
  All other parts are really nice. And all well dressed.

  Nice baths but the service/staff is very very slow. Bringing the menu, bringing the bill, bringing your change and helping you at the reception all takes at least 15 to 30 minutes. Food is also overpriced and the expensive (40k) baths do not include a towel or any service. And while we were visiting there weren't many other guests.

  Es un bello lugar que permite contemplar el paisaje de las montañas caldenses y a la vez descansar y disfrutar de las medicinales y relajantes aguas termales. Además de ofrecer alojamiento también posee cómodas y modernas salas de conferencias.

  El entorno del hotel es maravilloso: naturaleza, montañas, tranquilidad y un clima templado que invita a disfrutar de las piscinas de agua termal. El estilo campestre combina perfecto con los elementos y comodidades modernas. Finalmente la atención fue buena, pero carece de calidez y cercanía, pienso que si pudieran mejor esto la experiencia sería completamente satisfactoria.
