I had my honey moon in this hotel, is very nice for a romantic get away, very private, the restaurant and the hot spring pools help you to build a romantic evening. also Manizales is a nice town with a lot of places to meet

Junior suites with their own hot tub were great. Public hot springs are well developed and right by the bar/restaurant.

Nice, but nothing amazing if you've been to hot pools before. Pretty boring for kids

Great place to come on family vacations, infrastructure is beatiful, pleny of activities, sights and restaurant to eat good food, but for me the most important part is the water do not have that nasty odor, clean super hot and great pools, common pools and private pools!!!!!

I only went to the budget pools, but they were great! Not too crowded, clean, and fun. Bring a lock if you want to leave your things in the changing room. They have lockers but no locks. If not, there are plenty of chairs by the pool.

Helpful and accommodating staff. Grounds are well groomed with beautiful views. Rooms are a bit basic but comfortable and add to the charm. Restaurant has high prices and they do try to offer nice food, but it isn't worth the price. I think you pay more for location then the quality of the food.
The hotel, pool and spa all do their best to offer the best possible service. Some of the best services you will receive throughout most of Manizales.

The hotel is about 10 minutes from town and about 20 minutes for the center of town.

While the entrance fee for the hot baths is higher than the other options, it's worth it for the ambiance. There is a big pool and several smaller 4-person pools. The changing areas are clean and convenient. It's a safe place where you don't have to be overly preoccupied with watching your things. On a week night you have the place to yourself.
