It's terrible noisy. Children not cared properly and being unbearable. They just play reggetton! When there are technical problems it can take too long before the issue is fixed. Servers could be more friendly. Very often you'd go to see people watching local soccer matches in the screens at the end of the bowling lanes, shouting and asking them manager to raise the volume so they can watch the soccer match. Give me a break!
