Probably the best Starbucks in town (though competition with the one right by Parque de la 93 is close). Sometimes crowded and noisy, still a good place to share coffee, tea, or other drinks and some food with friends. I was expecting them to be inside Centro Andino, but for the kind of place they built it is easy to see why it had to be outside. Take a look at the basement, not everyone's favorite but it is worth to check and decide
