Really good empanadas at great prices! One if there few empanada places in Cartagena that is reasonably priced
Anytime I go to Cartagena, I end having at least a meal at this place.
Food is good and sortnof healthy. Juices are great. Staff is also friendly and do a good job preparing and serving.
Very good empanadas and juices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is small and gets crowded. Make sure you grab the sacues in the middle of the restaurant. I recommend using a credit card. It solves the issue of any incorrect change being received. Service can be a bit slow here. Use of laptops is not allowed. Which given the size of the place and lack of seating is probably a good thing. This is not a place to camp out for hours on end. The tamarindo ball was very good but be careful. It is filled with very hard seeds. The chocolate cake looked good but was a bit dry.
Disgusting overpriced food. Rude staff. Only cafe Ive ever been to that forbids use of laptops. They told me it was "to protect children from getting injured"in a 5 seat cafe?!
The worst quessadillas I ever had! Tastes salty, half cold and with dry bread. The staff is also very unfriendly and seem to hate their jobs.
I really don't understand the good reviews here
A typical tourist trap! Go somewhere else!
Very nice place. Great food and good service
We only had the juices (jugo) but both were fantastic, especially the lulo juice
Cheap delicious empanadas and pastries. Friendly workers. Great place to stop while touring old Cartagena
Delicious empanadas, yummy juice of the day. Good prices. Make sure you get correct change for a larger bill. When the cashier short-changed me, I simply said "no" and she handed me a 'missing' (from my change) 10,000 peso bill from the cash register.
Nice breakfast, the service was good too!
Fantastic little cafe serving cheap take away food. Try the 4K empanadas they are really delicious along with a fruit smoothie for breakfast.
The place is nice but I didn't like the juice, too watery, tasteless. Nor the cake, I had a banana bread, it was dry and it didn't grow properly.
In this small café there were about 10 people working, and I was one of the only customers, yet after ordering a veggie quesadilla it took them over 20 minutes to produce it for me. The staff was all just standing around socializing. When they were done making it- I was hoping that the deliciousness of it would redeem the waitbut it didn't. Worst quality tortilla, way over-loaded with cheese (like cheap American cheese) too the point of being disgusting and although it was a veggie quesadilla it didn't have the veggies the menu noted- it just had a couple of strips of red pepper and a whole bunch of spinach which I could obviously taste that it was frozen spinach- not fresh tasting and watery.as a bonus they gave me a little bowl with like 8 doritos, which actually saved the lunch for me because at least there was something good to eat.
What a fantastic little book store! The ladies running the shop were very friendly and our cappuccinos were delicious! Short walk from the cruise pier in Santa Marta.
