  The architect and / or engineer of the work does not know the minimum standards of municipal planning, when erecting an EXTERNAL MEDIUM wall of almost three (3) meters, outside the Alignment or the so-called LINE OF CONSTRUCTION in the GREEN or DISTRICT ZONE, in the Carrera 57 attached to the GIANNINA 78-66 BUILDING.
  Our eyes are completely closed and in that drawer at the mercy of crime.
