Pésima atención. Dicen que se demoran x tiempo para hacerlo y se demoran muchisisimo más, en muchas ocasiones los asesores no responden ni por whatsapp ni por llamada! En mi experiencia con inmobiliarias ha sido la peor!!!

Horrible. Steer clear of this place. Very non professional. They didn't bother to clean the place. There where glass shards in the floor. There's no key for the main gate. The buzzer doesn't even work. I have a 2yr old and they could care less about her safety. All they care about is that I pay for rent. The real estate agency doesn't even bother to see to it that these things get resolved. The whole experience was abysmal to say the least. The photos I posted are after I got upset the place had not been cleaned. They said they would take care of it and this is supposedly after they cleaned the place. There are not bulbs even in the hall. Because those are our responsibility right?
Update November 1st:
I guess one of SMA employees must have been disgruntled by my compliants to the company. Yesterday September 30th after taking my daughter out for Halloween, he tried to steal my dog, cursed me out calling me a homophobic derogatory term and threatened to come to my home. I felt scared for my families safety, since he knows where I live and even might have keys to the main door, particularly since SMA did not fix the lock to the gate. In the end I had to place a police report at the precinct. SMA does not seem to care at all about this situation.
Oh and did I mention they have yet to fix any of the issues that we are having.response / report this review -

A mi me ha ido taaan bien con ustedes Cuando tengo una necesidad muy específica para mis clientes,entienden a la perfección y me muestran justo la propiedad que estaba buscando. La atención ha sido siempre oportuna y Noralba tiene un ojo clínico para encontrar lo que necesito.
