  It is an OK place. I am giving it a one star because I paid for 3 delux bedrooms for 5 people and it was very dissapointing.
  1. Service is poor
  2. Delux rooms are at best standard
  3. Cold water, poor paid wifi
  4. Purchase your stay with Colombian pesos as a Colombian for best rates
  5. Client satisfaction is not a priority. In my case there was poor communication. This was their error and they did not own any responsability. At some point I was even insulted as a client.
  THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I WRITE A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON ANYTHING or even write a review. I normally just check 5 stars on most things. I never write anything. But I really planned this trip and I paid delux accomodations for 5 people and it was that dissapointing. I gave them the benefot of the doubt by emailing them and they did not own to their mistakes.

  The hotel is in a nice location and the rooms are nice. The main problems were the food and the inconvenience of the resort. The beaches and most of the pools close at 6pm. There is one pool that is open until 8 but we didn't want to have to leave one pool to go to another. There is also a process for getting a beach towel - you can only have one out at a time - if you don't bring your towel back you can't get another one.
  A big issue for me was the food - the buffet food is cafeteria quality and was either too salty or completely bland. There are three restaurants but you can only eat there once a day and you have to line up at 7am each day to make a reservation. The food at the one we tried was fair. Also, alcohol is included. But they only have one type of beer and it is the cheapest national beer.

  Amazing!! I went on vacations with my husband and my two daughters (11 months and 3 years old), it was so relaxing, the girls enjoy the beach, the pools and the entertainment for kids every night give us a break, the show for adults were pretty good too. the food was good and all the staff is always looking after you and you needs. We Love it!!
  make sure you have a lot of singles for the tips :)
  
  I hope the Decameron Organization help the town around the hotel, by land the ride to the hotel is a little overwhelming.
