Informal, crowded, almost impossible to get to the table. Beef and pork meat cooked Llanero style in open wood fire. Guacamole and Chile's, beer and soft drinks. No air-conditioning. Great taste of the meat. You can choose where you want the meat to be cut, and if you want it lean or fatty.
