Excelentes vehículos, rente durante un par de días en la ciudad de Medellín y la experiencia fue muy gratificante. Me llevaron el auto hasta el hotel y siempre me prestaron una notable calidad de servicio.

He tenido buenísimas experiencias rentando un carro a través de esta agencia. Juan, el encargado de la oficina de El Poblado ha brindado un excelente servicio y siempre está pendiente y listo para resolver cualquier inquietud que tenga. El servicio de entrega a domicilio es excepcional algo que muchas agencias no brindan. Es por eso que cuando viajo a Medellin es mi única preferencia! Sigan con el buen servicio. Definitivamente recomendaría esta agencia a cualquiera. Saludos

I want to post this review in English for all my foreign friends traveling to medellin. I have gone to medellin for a few years now and typically I use taxis but I occasionally may travel outside the 45 min radius and like to sightsee or visit friends. I must say I have used various different car places in medellin and typically these guys have the lowest prices in town, and typically I don't write reviews unless I have something excellent to say or something horrible. This was my last experience with DRM executive renta car.
I needed a vehicle to drive to Pereira and back something that was going to be comfortable and reliable and at the same time be able to see the beautiful mountain side as I went though the towns. I called these guys up and they are located in the Park POBLADO which is near a church in lleras. Anyways went and got the vehicle, needless to say I paid 125k a day with insurance was a little more which comes out to about 70 bucks a day with insurance. It was a 5 day rental. The vehicle I had chosen had some radio problems and since I was going to have a 5 hr trip I wanted it to work with no issues. The mechanic point the radio problem out, and when we did the visual of the vehicle said if you don't mind the radio being intermittent this vehicle is fine, I told him that wasn't going to work.
They made a quick phone call and upgraded me to a vehicle about 140k a day that worked great. No extra charge.
Next I did my trip, and upon coming back coordinated with the Juan Esteban who handles all discrepancies through what's app with me, the original plane was for me to drive to rionegro airport from medellin and save the money on a cab. The car was going to be left with the security of a parking lot they coordinate, and they would pick it up at their earliest convenience since it was a sunday and they were closed. I stayed in lleras that night and for whatever reason the car wouldn't start went I went to the garage to leave for the airport. I stressed and asked for cables, no one had any. I then decided to just take a cab and leave before I missed my flight. Got to the airport and informed Juan Esteban who then checked into the matter at the hotel he said maybe the Gas Guage malfunctioned but I was out of gas, and it wasn't the battery like I had thought. No charge for the gas!!! Which was awesome because it would have been about as much if not more than my cab fare. He even asked me if my made my flight, no sweat!
Customer service is great in Colombia but these guys are pros, best prices, they aren't just out to make some money, they are here for you! No other rental company like them!!response / report this review -
