  The wait for attention sometimes is excessive but when it is your turn the quality of the workers is excellent despite the few who are giving 100% in customer service!
  
  They give answer in time on the requests, with facilities in excellent conditions so that the wait is totally comfortable, the security here for me is also excellent and its personnel always pending of what happens inside and in the adjacencies of the registry.

  me hicieron un contrato para trabajar inscribiendo cedulas, y luego me dijeron que ya no y se lo dieron a la rosca asi es la porqueria de politica aqui en Colombia.

  Tratan muy mal a los menores de edad (de 16 años), a los cuales los hacen pasar sin la compañía de su representante tratándolos de manera muy cruda, haciendo mas fácil su rechazo de cualquier documentación que vayan a procesar.
