I found this attraction very kitch. The information provided about the coffee process was interesting, but I could have done without the rest.
The scenery around the farm was amazing.
The tours were only in Spanish.
Recorrido interesante. Es breve y permite conocer detalles clave de la cultural del café. No lo dejo en 5 estrellas porque hay atracciones en la zona que pueden pagarlo un poco.
perfect place to experience the coffee culture, great turist guides and nice experience.
I fell in love with our guide Eduardo. He was so wonderful, fun and entertaining.
An excellent tour of coffee culture in the region, but understanding Spanish is a must! It starts with a café campesino, and a short show about the town culture in the region. Afterwards, they dress you in traditional clothing and give a chance to take pictures. Then, there is a tour of the different steps in coffee planting, harvesting and preparing for sale to roasters. Our guide, Cristian, was very funny and helpful and cheerful! A great experience, but without understanding Spanish would probably be impossible.
Amazing tour of the coffee culture. recommended
Good place to learn about coffee. And to buy some.
A must visit place to all the visitors to learn about the coffee culture and to have really good food. It's a day long visit and it's really economical for all travelers with lots of activities in line.
I disliked it for various reasons:
1. You don't actually see the coffee making process
2. They constantly say comments regarding the tips you must give at the end
3. (What I hated the most) they constantly say sexual comments, they made my girlfriend feel very uncomfortable various times, and when more that one guide got together, they would make inappropriate comments about women that were around them).
4. The lunch that we paid for was not any good.
We are completely disspointed We saw the rating before going and we ignored the bad comments since overall it was 4.6. At the end, everything the low ratings said were closer to the truth.
I do not recommend this place at all. Has nothing to do with the coffee culture. All jokes are offensive and refer to sex nothing related with coffee, the process or culture. I am from Quindio and honestly, I felt offended, plus I didn't learn ANYTHING about the coffee process.
Is a pity because there is a majestic landscape and the infrastructure is also very good.
Very traditional, interesting tour and beautiful sites. A place to inmerse yourself in the culture of coffee
Great option to know more about the coffee culture. The park is small and you don't have to walk a lot but the guides explain the whole process and have entertaining activities to involve you in the culture. A must go in the coffee triangle.
I really enjoyed it, thought it was very well done. The tour guide was friendly and cracking jokes, lots of fun. Beautiful place and informative tour. It's more theatrical than the other tours, but I liked that about it.
Great for Spanish speakers! Our guide was hilarious and made sure we had plenty of fun as we learned about coffee cultivation, processing, and culture. Not recommend for non Spanish speakers because you will kiss out on a lot of the jokes!
Very beautiful place ! The staff were very friendly and were able to explain well the transformation from the sprout to the very end as being a coffee. I learned so much about coffee. They allow you to go out into the fields and also pick out coffee beans! They also make you dress up in the typical Colombian outfits. It was so much fun!
