Se demoran una hora en servir un almuerzo, además que la comida llega fría a la mesa. De igual manera quise averiguar el valor de una habitación pero en la recepción no había nadie, volví después de almorzar y tampoco o sea en conclusión si una persona se hospeda en caso de necesitar algo adicional o no lo obtiene o bien se demoran quien sabe cuánto tiempo así como en el restaurante.

Este lugar tiene piscinas grandes y para los niños también, no es climatizada pero el clima no es muy frío aquí. Los niños se entretienen viendo los animales de la granja y alimentando los peces en el lago. Y el show de caballos es agradable también.

Surprised at the high ratings. You can tell it was good a few years ago but nowadays it isnt what you expect after seeing the ratings. The price doesnt correspond to what you get, we were charged 65 per adult 45 child, so one room was 175. There isnt ever anyone at the reception to help you out, even when we arrived, we had to wait like 20 min for someone to talk to. When the lady showed us to our rooms, we were at the first one getting my parents installed, and she just went off to the other 2 rooms, we couldnt find her, when we did she was on her way out and just said the rooms were the ones that she had left open. The rooms needed to be cleaned better, there was a piece of gum stuck to one of the bed's headboard, the sink had toothpaste spills, and the balcony needed a sweep. There was no hot water in any of the rooms, the heater was broken. The phones to the reception didnt work in any of the 3 rooms we had. The black out to the balcony was ripped at the top. The hotel doesnt provide amenities like shampoo or conditioner only the soap. We couldnt get the wifi password because there wasnt anyone to give it to us. There are 2 pools but its too cold for pools and they werent heated. I would say the price should be about 40 per adult. During our stay there weren't any shows as shown on their facebook shows. Overall a disappointment but since it was so far off the main road there werent any other options close by and it was too late to turn back and look for another place. It would be fine to spend a night when passing through if the price were cheaper.

Hotel desarrollado en grande, aunque fuimos en época de baja temporada, nos atendieron muy bien y pusieron a nuestra disposición todos los servicios del hotel. Ideal para familias que les guste el ambiente de granja, eso sí, hay que contar con el ruido de los animales en la noche.

Pensé que era un lugar adecuado para el descanso familiar. Pero me encontré con música ranchera a todo volumen desde las 8 de la noche hasta las 12 sábado y domingo. Luego del impasse me comentan que es que generalmente hacen show en vivo los fines de semana.
No lo recomiendo. O al menos no para descanso familiar.

Buenas instalaciones. Tener presente que no hay señal de Movistar en este sector. Muy mal servicio. Lastima muy demorada la atencion
