The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable, so it is okay if you are staying for just a couple of days. No view from the windows and if you have any noisy neighbors (a family using 3 rooms in the same floor couldn't keep their children in a reasonable volume) you are in trouble too.
Adding to that, the hotel structure lacks a lot. First of all, most online agencies will include a gym within the facilities under the description of the place. But you won't find it They said they used to have one a long time ago. And that's it No one seemed interested in fixing this misinformation or false advertising.
The breakfast area is tiny and the food gets very repetitive.
Most of the staff is very nice and friendly. But the checkin (I arrived at the hotel by 2:15 pm, they said the hotel was full and checkin would start by 3 pm) is cumbersome. A room was fixed for me just after 3:30 pm, someone had to go there to check the fridge and he made notes there were already some items missing, asked for my signature agreeing to that and during the checkout, even after this procedure, they were trying to charge me of those items. Twice.
Checking out took about 20 minutes even without any lines because 'it was tough to remove the non consumed items from the invoice'.
I wouldn't recommend the hotel nor would like to stay there again but, to be fair, I need to acknowledge that the restaurant offers some pretty good options for a very decent price.response / report this review -

This is a lovely new hotel in a chic area of Bogotá. The staff are super helpful and the facilities modern. However the lack of a fitness centre felt like a particularly glaring omission on an otherwise upscale hotel. I'd stay again and the short walk to pubs, clubs and restaurants was amazing
