  Awful casino.no idea of customer service. Apart from the fact croupiers have trouble counting. Management have zero idea on how to treat customers.
  Problem with this casino is no staff took pride or had any professionalism and that was because management couldn't care less which filledered down to all ie they are paycheck workers.
  There is a casino across the road San Fernando casino which is smaller but the owner is always on the casino floor so service is excellent.
  You'll have a better time spending your money their.
