It's ok. Lots of light poles.

The little complaints I've seen from other posters are rather silly and don't represent what this park entails. This used to be a very rough, rundown part of the city a decade ago. The city has since created this very beautiful park and its surrounding place including the huge library to bring people together and move on from its turbulent past. You have to remember you're not traveling to Paris or London, and the lights are definitely beautiful to see at night.

An interesting city park featuring hundreds of light poles. It's not super pretty, but the light poles make it a good safe place to hang out day or night.

Beautifully rebuilt historic place. Represents the beginning of the clean up of the City of Medillin. Busy and beautiful by day, peaceful and bright by night.

At night it's great to see all these lights, but you don't feel completely safe, since there are people selling drugs.
