Dirty beach, lots of litter, many annoying hawkers, beach bars shabby and very expensive
It’s good as Colombian beach are. The water looks dirty but this just due to the colour of the sand. There are lots of hawkers trying to seen you one thing or another. You can hire umbrella and two chairs for 10,000 peso. You who’ll have to negotiate as the price starts at 30,000. You can order food and drinks. Just check the price before you order. Asked to see the menu. The only problem is the plastic pollution. I don’t know why but they just don’t care. I see kids playing with plastic cups in the water and on the beach and they just leave it behind. By the end of the day the beach was full of plastic. If you can look past the plastic trash it’s a good day out on the beach.
