  El servicio es muy rápido, no hay que hacer filas, sólo llevar el pasaporte anterior y al día siguiente está listo el nuevo pasaporte. Reciben tarjetas de crédito y débito. Excelente servicio.

  La atención muy buena, las instalaciones muy confortables y los trámites para sacar el pasaporte son muy rápidos. Me demore 15 minutos en todo el proceso. Al otro día me entregaron el pasaporte.

  Excellent service, very agile, I spent less than a half hour in there and 10 minutes picking up my passport.

  They close the passport processing at 3:00 pm not 4:00pm.
  
  They are rude and not very helpful with emergencies or additional information.
  
  The passport pickup section is open until 4:00 pm.

  Great service! In and out in 10 minutes! Wish we could bring them to the States b/c Colombian embassies here are terrible. Keep up the good work!
