Front desk excellent. Beds very comfortable. Glass bathroom partition very uncomfortable as it lights up the whole room when using at night.

Overall I would say this place is above average when compared to other hotels in Bogota. The rooms are clean the service is good
The rooms are kind of small and the view is not that great. There is also lots of street noise.

Serviço excelente, desde recepção até restaurante. Quarto muito confortável e bem decorado. Não conseguí regular o ar-condicionado e estava frio, isto me incomodou.

Excelente atención en el front desk! todos los chicos y chicas muy pendientes en dar el mejor servicio y dar respuesta y solución a lo que se presente, el hotel nos pareció muy limpio, bonito, la habitación muy cómoda y moderna, con todo lo necesario :)
Esta bien ubicado, en taxi a pocos minutos "sin trafico" cerca del parque 93 por ejemplo o la zona Chico, Zona T, etc. También en frente tiene fácil acceso al transporte público.
