Fantastic hotel in a very cool location. Juan Valdez café Is near by, great views at the top. Very recommended.

An elegant, modern and cozy hotel. It's well located in the best Barranquilla's zone, very safe and with a great and delicious restaurant, you must to try it!. Very comfortable rooms. The price is worth. Highly recommended

Very good location. Breakfast mediocre. My room was good but other members of my group had mold in their room and had to get a different one. The staff handled it however quite quickly.

I come to Barranquilla Colombia every month. I really like this hotel for its service and location. The staff is excellent. The only thing I wish they would do is have a better WiFi. It’s really bad. I have stayed here 3 times and love it. I usually stay 14 days then move to another hotel for 14 days just to break it up. But overall great hotel and staff

I live in hotels. And this has been one of my worst experiences.
From bad attitude at the check in. To basically constant harassment during the stay. My friends sister came to meet with us. They watched us on the cameras and started phoning us telling us she had to leave and we were all going to be thrown out was pretty outstanding for a 1 hour visit. And there is nothing in there rules about this. And it all could have been handled more professionally even if there is. To my girlfriend being given such a hard time she even as a registered guest would not come in.
The whole place smells strongly of mould and chlorine clearly terrible cleaning and an attempt to hide it.
My room was disgusting and dirty. A piece of the ceiling was falling down. Mould and crazy dirty brown stains. That I think are mould. To water free flowing down the walls. Pictures provided. And generally poor maintenance.
My friends room was worse. No AC and toilet water flowing through the apartment. They changed rooms a bunch. We were both in suites. And despite the hotel being empty they got downgraded. Nothing was done to look after them.
And to cap it all off at check out I was repeatedly charged on different machines being told it had "failed" and I had to do it again on another machine.
Welcome to credit card fraud.
The staff were desperate for me to not do a review here and to complete their internal review.
The staff here where unbelievably UNPROFESSIONAL

Good hotel for business visit but the restaurant chef may need better training, the food is not very good, to be kind Aside that, the rooms are good, the staff is very professional and efficient and the location couldn't be better

The maids and waiters are great.. the front desk people not that good The building is old, the swimmingpool is not only small is dirty, not going back, too expensive for what they are..

Price is great. Space on 14th floor is nice. However needs better lighting. Too dark.lamps missing bulbs. Need more pics or color on walls. And need door on shower. You shiver during shower because of no door and water is not real hot. Also not enough English option stations on TV. Breakfast buffet is not replenished timely. And service is non-existent. No one approaches you.
