  Explosion of flavors. This is a very original restaurant that make a good effort combining local ingredients with international and Colombian recipes which make it a full experience. I tasted a flavor I had never tried before.

  Let me start off with saying that i had a fantastic evening with a really fine diner. But considering the price of the experience there I still room for improvement. Hence the four stars.
  
  Me and my girlfriend took the 7 course menu with matching drinks (pictures are included for some dished). The dishes and the drinks (wines, sakes and one beer) matches really good and were selected with care. All food was really tasty and we'll prepared too.
  
  Why not five stars? Although the staff was really friendly and enthusiastic they lacked some basic experience. During the first two courses the staff served our next dish in such a fast tempo that we did not even finish our wine. Of course we told them to slow down which they did a little. Upfront we told the staff that we did not like coriander. It happened two times that the waiter served a dish and pulled it back a second after serving because it contained coriander. Not a big deal, but sloppy if it happens twice.
  
  For around $200 dollar there is still room for improvement. But most important: food is delicious and even with these improvements you can still have a fantastic evening!

  Fantastic food, decent portions (we had tempura, some sushi, the sea bass and the spiny lobster) and really friendly and accommodating service. Best meal we have had in Cartagena and we have been here a month. A bit pricier than others in the area but still less than half what you would pay in London.

  Excellente surprise alors que nous cherchions Agua de Mar recommandé par le LP qui est fermé pour travaux. Cuisine fusion nippo-colombienne avec des saveurs raffinées et originales. Présentation recherchée dans de la céramique japonaise. Attention au détail et nombreux amuses bouche. Service rapide mais encore un peu hésitant. À recommander sans réserve.

  This place is amazing! I had the spicy crab, bone marrow dish and they were so delicious. You can tell the effort put into the dishes. For dessert, try the donut with the ginger ice cream. I didn't enjoy the strawberry one as the overall texture was mushy. Pls try to reserve in advance. I didn't and almost didn't get a table. This place is very popular.

  Quality product however to me moshi fails at being inventive - it lacks of fineness. my gf and i had pla pao : noodles sauce was way too salty. We had the special of the day, it was ok but nothing special to remember. The only honorable mention is for the crab appetizer.

  One of the most creative omakase I've had in a while (and I've been to Japan several times). Harmonious blend of Cartagena dishes and ingredients with traditional Japanese techniques. Truly a gem

  Hidden gem of Cartagena! Stumbled across this restaurant for lunch and it was the best meal we had in Cartagena. Very tasty dishes, stunningly executed with very attentive service. Recommend the burger and the crab handrolls. Items were reasonably priced too at 20-40000.
