Worked with many inmobilarias and rented properties for over 3 years. This has been the worst experience I have had:
- They didn't confirm the date of the contract for the building, so had to pay 2 additional days of airbnb (they made it like it was our fault they didn't know the rules and agreement of the building they manage)
- Made paying them via card or any other forms of payment complex and added significant fees
- Asked for rent 8 days BEFORE the rent is due, where there's usually a grace period of 5 days after the due date
- Didn't have contract ready, waited 1.5hrs in their office for a template contract and resolved the situation poorly + rudely
There's many inmobilarias in Medellin. Keep looking.report this review -

I am American living in Medellin.So i went to Jonnathan Vargas who owns this company and he knew exactly what i needed. I needed a good location..security close to schools and shopping etc.He even whatsapps me to check on me sometimes.my rep there is Eliana Henao..She has been such a help like a sister to me nowIf your a American or anyone coming to Medellin and want the personal service,and security of a company who care then you will not find any company better than thisAnd this is coming from a expat who has lived here 10 years so i have been through it all..thankfully they take alot of the stress off of that

professional cheaters as well as the property owner (not generalizing all parties) Monopolio's contract agreement has been created to screw you "the tenant" in every way posible with the inventory so they can keep your deposit money. Make sure you are present for the check in inventory as well as the check out inventory. Take pictures of the furniture, bathrooms, walls, floors, windows, doors, kitchen appliances etc. before and after or make a video rather when checking in and out so you can have proof in case they decide to screw you. They work as a team and they can be MIA when needed for issues within the property. Try using another real estate agency if possible.

mi experiencia con esta compañía fue muy regular. son muy desorganizados y me pareció muy poco profesional el hecho de que me hallan cobrado un microondas que ya estaba dañado al momento de la entrega del apartamento. les aconsejo de que si van a utilizar sus servicios se asesoren de que todo este funcionando al momento de la entrega.
