  Trámite súper rápido, hay alrededor de 24 módulos para ser atendido, muy organizado y personal calificado. Demora aproximadamente 10 minutos. PD: para recibir descuento de $11.000 llevar el comprobante de votación!

  Saludos viajeros !! Este sitio lo visite para diligenciar mi pasaporte, A este lugar recomiendo llegar temprano !! En horas de la mañana es bastante solo, Todo el trámite es muy ágil, hay bastante personal asignando turnos, entrevistando y colaborando con la logística, primero se registra por vía web y luego se llega aquí se confirman datos con una persona que es como Una entrevista y hay sentado donde estás en la cabina la misma persona de la entrevista te toma la Foto y listo ! Recomiendo entrar al baño y arreglarse y poco !! También puedes pagar los 165.000 pesos del pasaporte con el entrevistador con tarjeta o te dan un recibo para pagar en el
  Banco que está dentro de las instalaciones !! Todo es muy ágil !! Me demoré 15 minutos !! Al siguiente día puede subir al 6 piso y reclamar el pasaporte !! Saludos viajeros !!

  Fui a sacar el pasaporte.. el proceso fue ágil porque llegué temprano, ya después es muy lleno.. los espacios son grandes, hay baños. La llega al lugar es fácil.

  HORRIBLE! I just had the most horifying experience in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bogota. I went there with my 1 year old daughter and my husbend to take her passport. They made a mistake and didnt check our papers so after we left they called us saying they had a "system problem" which was a lie , because when we got there again they said they cant approve our papers because of a word written wrong by the Notaria. They failed to show us where it says the way it should be written, and kept us waiting for 2 hours with a baby without answers. When finaly the manager KATIA GALLEGOS came out, she told us she didnt know we were waiting. Which was a big lie, because she told us to wait as she is looking into it. At the end the manager KATIA GALLEGOS and her assistents, all were lying to us, kept us on foot for 2 hours with a baby crying, without any explenation why our papers are not ok. we had to go and take the papers again. I really hope to never go back there, and as a foreign here in Colombia, this experience made me have doubts about staying here.

  Quiero saver algo es q me dijieron q tenia q poner una visa de residencia hoy 24 de julio y queria saver si es a qui soy de ecuador es mi primera ves en bogota y del terminal a este lugar en taxi mas o menos cuanto es por fa quien me puede alludar con esa informacion

  Para mí es una mala experiencia , un familiar mío hizo un trámite para apostillar algo y creen que las personas tienen todo el dinero del mundo y el tiempo , para tanto problema que ponen por un simple papel o copia , por favor sean más prácticos , por un sello se tienen que demorar una eternidad! Por favor

  Las colas son terribles en épocas de vacaciones. Al igual que en muchos sitio, toca llegar a las 5am para coger primero la ficha y, luego, hacer otra cola obtener el documento.
