I did The Lost City trek with Magic Tours, and can say it was indeed magical. It exceeded all expectations and by far was the best experience of my life thus far. From the stunning views, to the tasty food, to the accommodation, to the wonderfully friendly guides, everything was a success. My guides Melkis and Alex were genuinely wonderful people who made the experience all the more memorable with their open hearts and knowledge. This is something not to be missed.

Very professional tour to the lost City of Colombia. Gabriel is the most knowledgeable, professional, caring tour guide in Colombia. Ask for Gabriel, you won't be disappointed!

Great experience thanks to Melkiz and Jesus, not easy but certainly worth it. My wife Dominique and me initially planned to do it in 5 days, but finally decided to do it in 4 days so as not to leave the great group of 11 people and had our bags carried by mules for a reasonable price (30000 pesos for 1 bag)
All explanations in English.

THE agency to book a trip to Ciudad Perdida!
We had a great experience, excellent food and service, very rich information about the indigenous culture and the history of all places, our guide Nicolas and the translator Anwar were just awesome! The benefit of Magic Tours according other providers we had seen on the track. Magic Tours tries to keep the groups small, which allows to develope a charming team feeling on the very exhausting trail. Our group has been eleven people and has been perfectly fitting together agewise whereas other providers had groups of thirty people!
Have to say, perfect agency, perfect guides, perfect adventure! Again great thanks to Nicolas and Anwar especially!response / report this review -

Booked the guarija tour with them. They have literally forgotten us on a beach under a strong sun with no phone network. Had to negotiate with another agency to give us a ride after 2h of waiting to a local pueblo. When I finally managed to reach them they told me they were unaware of the situation. The worst experience I ever had with a tour company. Avoid avoid avoid.

This was the best trekking I have ever did! The guides are fun and give you a lot of information, are very helpfull, you can aK them anything! They breef you every evening about the program for the next day. Food is great and plenty! Thank you a lot!

Excellent agency to take the lost city tour. They have trained guides that are former farmers from the region, good cookers and same rates that other agencies. They also have good trasnlators.

Contraté con Magic Tour una excursión a Ciudad Perdida. La primer noche en el campamento me dio un virus gastrointestinal y tuve que ser hospitalizado en Santa Marta. Magic Tour estuvo conmigo todo el tiempo, incluso en el hospital. Unos dÃas después ya me sentÃa mejor, y me permitieron hacer nuevamente la excursión y finalmente pude conocer la Ciudad Perdida! Recomiendo 100%
