  Decided to look for my emerald ring from Lucy after doing some research. Wanted to buy something to remember our stop in Cartegena. Beautiful store with wonderful selection. Lucy and her son were very patient and helped me pick out a beautiful ring. Happy to say that my jeweler in my home town appraised it above my purchase price. So, if you stop in Cartegena on a cruise avoid the jewlers they try to send you to with a coupon. Go to Lucy. A reputable store with beautiful jewelry marked at fair prices. I had no trouble using my credit card. They used the exchange rate for that day and I was charged the exact price in US dollars. Thank you Lucy.

  Atendimento e qualidade das esmeraldas notadamente superiores ao das outras joalherias de Cartagena. Preços não são muito diferentes quando comparadas joias de qualidade equivalentes. Realizou ajuste na mesma hora, o que é mais um grande diferencial para turistas apenas de passagem. Mas sem dúvida a maior qualidade é a confiabilidade.

  We bought a beautiful emerald bracelet. No complaints there. But when buying with a US credit card they charged it in local currency. I asked them to show and confirm it was only going be charged to our card at the agreed US price. They promised this, however my credit card showed a higher amount charged (by over 5%). I have tried to get them to engage with me via email etc, they just ignore me. So beware of this behavior.
