It is the third time I’ve been there with my wife. We do different massages but we both love the place. Not far from Chico, 20 min walking to the Santa Ana Mall. Staff very friendly and at the end a nice tea with fruits.

Treat yourself by visiting this Spa, you won’t be disappointed! Once you’re in you’ll enjoy this wonderful experience.
As the setting is really immersive and the staff are very delightful and professional this is a sure stop for me next time!
Make sure to book in advance as this resort is quite popular.

Excellent location, decor and ambiance. The Thai massage was out of this world, highly recommended.

I never thought I could get such an amazing Thai massage in Bogotá. Beautiful place, incredible masseuses from Thailand. Super recomendado! De los mejores masajes que me han tocado en la vida.

Being over charged made my experience at Baw Lotus Thai Massage unpleasant and stressful.

Overview:
I called ahead to let the manager know I was running late. She assured me there was no problem, and I would get a full hour and a half massage.

This was not the case. I received (at most) an hour and ten minutes.

When I mentioned this to the manager, she said the employee would be reprimanded. Then the manager charged me for the full hour and a half.

I found her "solution" to be strange and unprofessional. First of all, it wasn't my intention to get the masseuse in trouble. Second, the manager should not have charged me for the amount of time I did not receive a massage. Pretty straight forward situation

I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived.

Been coming to this Spa since March 2015 and I've recommended it to many friends. The spa is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has a tranquil atmosphere. The therapists from Thailand are very professional. My favorite treatment is the Traditional Thai Massage. I also like the jacuzzi, sauna, steam room facilities.
