Its a nice neighborhood, close to the top shopping malls and supermarkets in the city, there are plenty of close gated communities and single townhouses.

Over all it's right in the middle of Ibagué and it's strategic to get around as well as getting what you need.
From another view, It's a small open neighborhood with a park that has a basketball court. It's pretty much safe during most of the year, yet again, keep your eyes open just in case. Though this community has gone through some great social changes projected by refurbishing public space, stay sharp.
Also, while property value has increased due to some recently build shopping malls, the streets are slowly getting repaved but still lack bicycle routs.response / report this review -
