Awesome public park right next to the Medellín's Modern Arts Museum. Easy to get there and with a wide selection of food trucks parking almost every night. Perfect for weekend picnics.

It is a small city inside of Medellín city, with all of everyone needs, museums, malls, hospitals, offices, bars, parks, skating bowl, among a lot of other cool things.

More of a teenage+ hangout, but there is a decent amount of green space and a small park. There is a skate park and decent coffee shop, as well as many street food vendors nearby.

A beautiful park suronded by nice places to eat and, the place always looks clean and tidy and it's very safe to walk around and take your time enjoying the view.

It is a great place to enjoy some outdoor activities. You can find places to eat close by, or bring your own food and enjoy the park. Dogs are very always welcome in this place.

It's a place with a cultural importance. Here you can find the MAMM modern art museum, alternative movies theater, good eat options 200 mts near here, and a place just to go with your pet, make picnic with friends or jogging.

Coolest place in town. Love the modern art museum and the hipster vibe. Its a new development and keeps on growing. Great place to invest in if you ask me.
