  OVERPRICED and they charge more just for washing your clothes and not even ironing them than other places charge for dry cleaning, ironing, and placing your clothes on hangers. They don't even advertise their prices, total sticker shock when you get the Gringo price upon pickup.

  Extremly overpriced. Was traveling across Colombia and for 2-3 kilo never paid more than 10k Pesos, but here they charged me equivalent of 20 USD.

  Total ripoff! Charged me 2 x as much as the hotel and about 3 x as much as a regular laundry service. I ended up paying 20 USD for a bag of laundry in Colombia. My bad as I was in a hurry and accepted to pay but it was extremely overpriced. They don't show you the price list and so they make up their prices to rip off tourists. Please avoid!

  Overcharged me on what was already an extremely expensive price. Returned only half of my laundry so I had to go back to ask for the other half, then when I got home I found they had broken the zip of a jacket, with no explanation.

  We let them wash out clothes before we traveled further but is was really expensive. Over 160000 pesos for a big bag Dont recommend.

  They close early two days in a row. One of this days, I arrived 10 early and they didn't want to give me my clothes. And they change me one underwear!!!!
