One of many public parks in the city of Bogota. You can go for a jog in the morning but it isn't safe. It's next to the planetarium and the views are nice. There are street vendors and you can see birdwatchers at times. You can go for a stroll and recently the city built some bridges that have some gardens but it isn't a place to completely chill because it ins't safe.

From here you can take a good picture to Monserrate, since you'll be able to have a gorgeous sight to the mountain. Sometimes there are people just smoking weed and stuff, but the bad thing is the police don't do anything even if that zone is frequently used for many people per day.

It is messy and kind of dangerous for the pets since it is sourrounded by streets full of cars passing by.

Beautiful place to walk around. Though it may not be as secure as it should be. Great views and a usefull walkable connection between the Museum of Modern Art and the planetary.
