As my wonderful wife Sarah Stein stated they helped us in some nice ways. And it seemed great at first until our first police checkpoint.

In the end, Lineas Aereas Suramericanas S.A. failed to do their job and failed to instruct us that it wasn't done as agreed upon.
Our bikes were impounded shortly after we arrived in Panama due to improper paperwork that we were assured was complete.
We have been trying to clear up the mess that LAS caused us for almost a week.
Oh and there customer service default answer is : "Its not our fault".
Of course it isn't.

LAS helped us ship three Harley-Davidson motorcycles across the Darien Gap during our Pan American Highway motorcycle trip. They were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs, and went above to help us find hotel accommodations in Bogota and assist us with locating parts for one of our bikes. I would highly recommend the LAS team to any overland traveler looking to ship a motorcycle between Panama City and Bogota.
