  Mala atención al cliente, me dejaron 20-30 minutos sola en la sala de tratamiento porque estaban ocupadas abajo. Sumandole que pague 120 un tratamiento que a los 3 días costaba la mitad. Les comenté mi opinión y realmente me trataron con poca atención sumandole que me ignoro en varias de mis palabras. En resumen no lo recomiendo para nada.

  Even without an appointment i never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. Waxing is thorough and quick. There's sometimes a bit of wax left on my legs, but I've had this problem at almost every spa I've been too. And it might be because i refuse the post-wax gel. Not sure what the previous reviewer had waxed to be charged €40--I've been going here more than a year and it's always been 40,000 or 45,000 pesos for full leg and armpits.

  HORRIBLE! Wax was too cold to apply, she applied to the whole leg and when she wanted to take it off it wouldnt come off, so she had to rip it off multiple times. As a result she tore all my skin and there were still many hairs left! See photo! (I havent been in the sun) she also used strips on bikini and armpits, instead of liquid wax, so very painful.

  NO recomiendo en lo absoluto el lugar. No ésta preparado para ser un SPA. Las instalaciones muy pequeñas, con falta de mobiliado adecuado para el mismo. Profesionales con muy poco carisma para trabajar en un SPA. Se siente inclusive hasta falta de privacidad.
  Y lo más disgusta es el precio absurdo por un servicio mediocre.

  N'allez pas dans cet établissement : 1h30 d'épilation particulièrement douloureuse, résultat : il me reste un quart des poils sur les jambes, j'ai été brûlée au maillot et à une aisselle, et j'ai payé 40€ !
  Don't go there, after 1h30 of waxing I still got a lot of hairs on my legs, my underarm is burned and I payed 40$ !

  Cero atención al cliente, Masaje no adecuado segun lo solicitado, una estrella por el sitio que es amplio, Lo mejor de todo la revista en la recepcion.. :-(
