I liked it. We enjoyed our time there. The place is beautiful and you can get a nice coffee cup there. The staff is kind and we got a good service.

Horrible Experience
I have been coming to this cafe for the past three months I been in Manizales and several times I ordered the same Ginger Tea, after I was done with my tea I usually asked for more hot water and without any problem the waitress said yes. Today, as usual I ordered the same tea but this time according to instructions from the owner they couldn’t give me more hot water. I asked the owner in person the reason why they could not offer more hot water and she was completely rude to me. She gave me a terrible explanation for why she didn’t give customers more hot water anymore. She pointed that the price is for two cups not for more and that she previously had a complaint from another customer about the flavor of the tea changing after adding more hot water. I just believe that this was a petty reason to refuse to refill hot water for tea when its a well known to MOST tea Lovers that a batch of tea can have multiple infusions. I think the owner of this cafe needs to take some classes on how to talk to customers and general customer service. Instead of giving a better solution she decided to lose a customer. Definitely not coming back again!response / report this review -

Es un ambiente muy relajante, elegante y de mezcla entre lo moderno y antiguo. El cafe es excelente y la atención de las baristas es fabulosa. Recomendado para una tarde de charla. Los precios varian, entre 3500-16000
