If possible I would give it zero stars, I have visited them 3 times always hoping to change my perception of the service.
1st time. I went to buy a bike, I had 1,350,000 and the manager practically told me that with that I was not buying anything good, because they think I got a gw k2 road bike with good components in Bogotá and a helmet for 1,050,000.
2nd time. I requested an appointment to check a sound on the bike and apart from the fact that he did not receive it, he attended me with 2 stones in his hand because it was already 5:30, I was willing to leave it, I understand that there are things that take time and they cost, but he gave it back to me saying he had nothing; And they think it takes a very good one in the center and if it had a split casserole, obviously it cost the fix but I was satisfied.
3rd time. I just took another bike for a steering adjustment and the mechanic just received me reluctantly and told me that the bike was normal, I should leave it somewhere else and that they believe the bike if it has damage.
Definitely a place with bad attention, exaggerated prices, you cannot enter that place, they treat you the worst; Too bad because I'm a businessman and the owners don't think they know the situation.response / report this review -
