Excellent location very friendly staff our room was spacious the bathroom was a bit awkward having to go down three steps that have carpet that is a bit old and dirty also they freshly painted the washroom so it had a very strong paint odor that was a bit disturbing otherwise we had a good stay the breakfast was fantastic

De ligging is heel goed en het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Maar een hele kleine donkere kamer zonder ramen (en zonder voldoende verlichting) is niet fijn. De douche was koud en ondanks toezegging daar wat aan te doen is er niets gebeurd. Jammer, moet veel beter kunnen.

Es un hotel pequeño en el centro de Popayán. Bien situado a una cuadra del puente del humilladero y de todos los atractivos de la ciudad. Incluye muy buen desayuno, completo y bien preparado. El precio es módico y ofrece muy bien beneficio para un alojamiento sencillo y seguro. Cerca se encuentran muy buenos sitios para almorzar y comer.

We loved the hotel! We went there for new year's eve and actually planned nothing. Eventually the hotel offered us champagne, grapes for the midnight toast. We celebrated with the staff and the other guests. Very nice! Room was big and clean. Location is quite and at walking distance from the center of the city. Breakfast was good, coffee amazing as usual in Colombia.

Historic building near main plaza with basic amenities. Rooms are small yet furnished with small desk, flat screen tv and wardrobe. Bed was firm and outfitted with Spartan thread count sheets. Bathrooms are small with electric showers. Staff are courteous and sell snacks and beverages. Small restaurant in the main lobby is not staffed daily. Very heavy Catholic decor and almost a grandmother's house vibe. Not a party hostel in any sense. Good quiet place to take in local sights.
