Location- it is just off the bridge leading to the old town and 0.7 miles from the bus station ( walking distance ) Room : good size with a balcony and sliding glass door with light. I like the floor tiles Shower: strong water pressure with hot water. The glass door is beautiful WiFi : very good and strong. I Skype with no problem Breakfast: pretty good. It costs 7000 cop. The egg was a bit salty but no big deal. I ate at a different restaurant and it was just as salty. I would recommend consider two nearby restaurants for about 4000 cop but it is great to have in hotel breakfast . Electrical outlets: plentiful. No problem.

This is a nice budget hotel. There are no hangers. It has a chair. There are only 2 lights. One in the balcony. One in the room. No reading lamps. No switch by the bed. I stayed on the third floor so two flights of stairs up but no elevator. All these are not a problem however. The big clean white room with great WiFi and strong shower make all these not important. Oh the toilet seat is next to the sink table with an inch or two space. When i sit on the toilet, my right arm is forced close to the body and quite uncomfortable. The left side in the sitting position is okay and I can freely move my left elbow.No big deal.

Bonito, buenas instalaciones, buena relación precio calidad. Amabilidad, limpieza. El sitio es lo único regular. De noche no es muy seguro. En el día no hay problema y esta a 2 minutos del centro histórico de Popayán. Es totalmente recomendable.

Es un Hotel muy nuevo, es agradable entonces su aroma, sus espacios. Las habitaciones son realmente cómodas y el personal de servicio es muy amable. Pasamos unos días increíbles, pues su ubicación también permite tener acceso a unos 4 minutos a pie a la ciudad turística. Una ciudad mágica y el hotel es genial. Super recomendado.

Reservé una habitación y cuando llegué al hotel me asignaron otra diferente ya que en el momento no tenían más disponibles. Esta habitación era interna y bastante obscura, se sentía mucha humedad, inmediatamente solicité el cambio de habitación y me dijeron q por el momento no podían cambiarme, que me iban a poner una maquina para eliminar la humedad yo decidí esperar y al volver en la noche no habían puesto ninguna maquina ni me habían colaborado de ninguna forma. Al día siguiente ya con rinitis por la humedad, Solicité hablar con el administrador y este se negó, nunca me pusieron la tal maquina ni me cambiaron de habitación por más que se desocuparon nuevas habitaciones. Fueron mis peores noches en Popayan.

El hotwl esta muy bien,, es limpio y buen servicio. Aunque esta cerca del centro historico percibi que su barrio no es muy seguro de noche , pero igual siempre hay policia en el puente del humilladero asi que sin problema

Excelente servicio y habitaciones muy cómodas, la noche por para una persona $40.000 dos personas $60.000 cuenta con parqueadero privado, agua caliente, wifi y tv super recomendado

Rooms are reasonable size and staff attentive. Free breakfast is a bonus given the very competitive price
Ideal situation just outside old town and 10 minutes walk from bus station.

Lugar cómodo, bonito y agradable. Muy buena atención. Muy cerca de los sitios de interés turístico. Permanente presencia policial en los alrededores.
