The Hotel and the 3 restaurants attached belong to the same owner.
The Hotel is very comfortable, very noisy on Friday night due to another close place that is having music and fun on that night.

Customer service was courteous and professional. Hotel suites were brand new at the time. They offered climate control, fridge with purchasable snacks and drinks, and a spacious shower. Everything was high quality and nice cheerful style. Note that the shower is in the same room as the two bed bedroom and not in its own room. It does have a non-see-through sliding door.

I absolutely loved my staying here. Great service, nice decoration and cozy precolombine enviorament. The owner of the Hotel is always around giving everyone a warm welcome. It's located in Bucaramanga's surroundings which make it a very calm and noise-free hotel.
