It is a good hotel, but with some small problems that could be easily fixed. Although Buenaventura is a warm city, the hot water supply is very inconsistent. A hot bath after a long work day is a nice thing to have while traveling for business. This is the first hotel where there isn't a floor mat at the bathroom. The bed's too hard, it could be softer. Rooms are not very clean
Plus side is the great staff, most excellent. And the restaurant and the bar are excellent. Location is good tooresponse / report this review -
