Staff tried to be friendly. There were issues with the wifi. The response from most was they were going to restart it, which never worked. Finally a person I presume to be the manager got a "technician" to manually restart the booster in the hallway, which resolved the issue. There was one individual who had a real attitude problem. But as previously stated, most of the staff attempted to be welcoming and accommodating.
