Nice, clean but Spartan hotel convenient to airport and US embassy. Shower is weak, but bed is comfortable.

Great location. I highlighted the restaurant and it's breakfast. Close to downtown, airport and different malls of Bogotá. Also you can find multiple restaurants options at the first floor an a great gym. I like it

Close to embassy but.first night hotel smelled like high doses of air freshener where spayed in the whole hotel.could hardly breathe. Windows do not open. Besides that the location is the best for the USA.embassy.

Very clean. Room was the smallest I've stayed in since Japan. Floor length mirror not secured to wall, just sitting on floor (careful if you bring children). No washcloths supplied in room. Was supposed to receive a voucher for a free welcome drink , needless to say I did not get it until I asked about it the next day.
Ate in restaurant 2 nights.seafood in rice dish was partially spoiled"beef tenderloin wrapped in bacon and topped with mozzarella cheese" WAS REALLY a tough skirt steak with a piece of raw bacon on top and underneath covered in more cheese than there was meat. When I brought the menu discrepancy up with my server he could not care less.response / report this review -

Overall it´s a great Hotel. Room is very nice and clean. Towels could be better, towels were very hard. Breakfast is excellent.
