This hotel is very fancy and nice. It offers a gym, pool, spa, a Turkish sauna, spinning area, jacuzzi.. and they even have swim suits for sale. They have delicious colombian food in the breakfast and their restaurant has amazing views at the terrace. They have several gift shops and small stores here. There is live music at night no matter what day of the week it is (it doesn't bother guest rooms at all)

Lost (briefly) my passport and they were as helpful as they could be in that situation. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable, very little noise, and the breakfast I had the next morning was superb (get the country breakfast with tangerine juice).

Great staff that accomodate someone who doesn't speak Spanish. Wide variety of food to each while in the hotel, and plenty within walking distance. Rooms have lots of ammenities, and just a very clean and beautiful place.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and the rates I got was the best. Hotel was clean, staffs were friendly and helping. Opt for the rooms at 4th floor and above to get good view of the valley. The restaurant serves good food.
All together I would say, good place for your business stay as it is located very close to business areas.response / report this review -

Thanks for pick me up from Airport , this hotel is perfect for long houl pilots , they service us a good massage and good dish . Im very enjoyable after my 10 hours flight from London.

Wonderful Hotel, good location for airport and city! Food is acceptably good and rooms are comfortable and light! The Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful in every way! Room Service is available, room is regularly cleaned and condiments replenished! My stay was very pleasant! ! Muchas Gracias Sheraton Hotel! !!

Bad location to experience bogota but a great hotel. Some nice restaurants near but this is mainly used for an airport stay not to experience bogota.
