I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Santamaria Plaza. The location is convenient having a supermarket, bakeries, and public transit within walking distance. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, had cold AC, and was quiet throughout the night. I would stay here again on my next visit to Cali.
