Is not a great hotel is to expensive, it have 5 star in the logo but is not even close to 3 i reserve a luxury room but i believe, I get a standard room for the same price. I ask if this is a luxury room, and they say it is. I did not get value for my money. I believe there are better ones. Beside the bad experience hotel the city is amazing.

A lovely hotel in a great location but run over with dishonest staff starting with the reception down to the bell persons. The breakfast was great and the staff appeared friendly, the room and the view was also great. Be wary of being cheated of your money. Stay in another hotel if you can and avoid this place.

I chose this hotel because of nice photos, but in fact it is not what they advertised and they are misleading the people. I think You might be better off at a 2 or 3 star hotel. I asked for a double bed in my reservation but after a long trip they offered me a single bed for 2. After I complained to the manger they changed the room but add one small single bed. they promised me to change the room but they never did. I never come back to this hotel and I don't suggest this place to no one.
