  La peor de las experiencias fue el sábado 14 de Abril, nos hospedados en la habitación 339 y el borde del sanitario era super sucio, las esquinas de la bañera llenas de.hongo negro y el lavamanos quebrado, deje la queja en la recepción al check out pero el señor sólo dijo lo pasaré a la jefe de aseo . Haciendo casi mizo de la queja

  Great location by the river, and next to the trendy part of town (Granada). You can expect the normal Hotel Intercontinental service with Colombian flare. I saw police everywhere, so I felt super safe, but I didn’t find Cali to be unsafe at all. We had a guide and she was cautious, but as a New Yorker, I never felt nervous.
