  Mantiene su historia. Es un poco antiguo pero se nota que han tratado de mejorar. Desconozco las habitaciones y demás servicios. Salón de eventos Comuneros requiere ciertos detalles, se filtra un poco el sonido de la cocina, y la presentación del mismo, eso si, es amplio!

  Friendly people but water leak from light fitting in the ceiling of the bathroom and no real interest when it was reported. Broken window in the room that would not shut. I was told the restaurant was open but when I went there nobody was around - empty and dark. Looks and feels amateurish. But - the people are nice.

  Excelente hotel uno de los mejores en Bucaramanga, habitaciones frescas , desayuno variado, y lo más importante el servicio y la atención de los trabajadores del hotel hacen que la estadía allí se convierta en una agradable experiencia.

  Es un hotel muy cómodo, maravilloso, la calidad humana de sus empleados es extraordinaria, buenas habitaciones, deliciosa comida, excelente atención.
