  The landscape, the plants, the backpack, the day, the air. It's something that characterizes the hotel. It is very good, the Vomida excellent. In a nutshell it's amazing. But nothing resembles the Amazon

  Good family or group vacation resort for the budget minded, excellent value for all inclusive, is a go there stay there situation with family activities, not so quiet with kids, etc. Not recommend for foreign tourist, no real sights in this town, is mostly a warm spot for people from Bogota !!

  Muy mal servicio, los 4 días que nos quedamos no hubo señal de tv, las instalaciones muy quedadas, el personal muy descortes y con poca capacitación, el joven "salvavidas" le tocaba ser de presta juegos, bravos por no comprarles una tarjeta de viajes, ademas que nos faltaba un día por "drisfrutar" y llegaron a nuestra habitación a sacarnos y de ves de solucionar rápido se demoraron una eternidad lo único que salva este hotel es la comida y eso ya que pareciera que todo fuera regalado y su dinero no contara.

  Un resorte muy agradable. Confort y relax es lo que se encuentra allí. Las cabañas son muy cómodas y la decoración invita al descanso. El paisaje es muy bello.
